" South Willesborough is a well established residential suburb to the east of central Ashford. Both town and railway station are within walking distance, as is the Designer Outlet, local Superstore and other various shops and amenities. When the current owner bought the property it couldn't have looked more different than how it does today. It has been transformed from an almost uninhabitable building to a beautiful family home. A whole list of improvements means that to the new owner its like moving into a new home. From the new central heating system and boiler, to the newly laid carpets, there really is nothing to do, just move straight in. The 40' garden to the rear backs onto fields and the front is now a useful parking space, a rare thing on an older property. Other upgrades include new bathroom and contemporary kitchen, a damp proof course with 25 years guarantee, completely new double glazing throughout and to top it all, a new bedroom has been built upstairs. Its all there ready and waiting for a new owner to enjoy.
