" A unique detached family house with very well presented versatile accommodation situated along Forest Road, on the popular southern side of Tunbridge Wells. With accommodation arranged across two floors, points of particular note include:

- A lovely welcoming reception hall with wood floor, cloakroom and stairs rising to the first floor.

- A superb kitchen/dining room with box bay window to the front looking onto the gardens and French doors opening to the side to an area of decking which provides a ideal spot in which to entertain.
