" This outstanding, modern detached house has in recent years been substantially extended and improved creating, superb exceptionally spacious family accommodation. Of particular note is the large kitchen/ breakfast room with its sitting and dining areas with bi-fold doors opening onto the wonderful south facing terrace. The kitchen area is exceptionally well fitted and equipped with a range of Beech units with long stone work surfaces and integrated Gaggenau twin ovens, microwave and coffee machine. A matching island unit has a Miele induction hob. There is oak flooring with under floor heating and a wood burner. The elegant, well proportioned drawing room has doors to the terrace and a stone surround raised open fireplace. There is a delightful principal bedroom with a high vaulted ceiling with a well fitted ensuite shower room and dressing room with fitted hanging and shelving areas. The further four bedrooms are served by a bathroom and a shower room, both well fitted.

Situation
Set in the popular southern part of the town Oak Rise is approached by a shared private drive and stands well back from Warwick Park, one of the most highly regarded areas in Tunbridge Wells. Within easy reach are the famous Pantiles, High Street, the main line station, Sainsburys and Morrisons supermarkets. There are excellent junior and senior schools in the town including grammar schools.
