" Approached by a sweeping in and out drive Century House is a superbly re-designed, extended and refurbished detached house with an outstanding interior creating excellent family accommodation. There are many notable features throughout, some of which include the following. The sitting room is impressive with its high vaulted ceiling, deep windows to front and rear and a contemporary style stone gas fire. The large kitchen/breakfast room with family area is superbly fitted and equipped with long granite work surfaces and a matching island unit, a range cooker with brushed steel splash back and cooker hood, numerous cupboards and drawers and bi-fold doors to the terrace. The dining room at present a family room has double doors to the hall and doors to the terrace. There is a delightful, principal bedroom with outlooks to front and rear, a well fitted ensuite bathroom with panelled bath and large glass shower cubicle etc and an excellent ensuite dressing room with hanging shelving and drawer space. There are polished oak floors in the hall and a number of rooms, spot lighting throughout and wiring and ceiling speakers in the main rooms for a sound system.

Situation
Warwick Park is considered to be one of the premier residential areas in Tunbridge Wells. It is in the popular southern part of the town, the house being about half a mile from the famous Pantiles and the High Street, both providing shops, boutiques, tea rooms and restaurants etc with the main line station a little further on about three quarters of a mile away. In the town centre there are excellent shopping facilities which include many major national stores. There are highly regarded schools in the town including grammar schools for girls and boys. Recreational amenities include a cinema complex, theatres, golf courses, sports and leisure centre and numerous restaurants etc.

The sweeping semi circular in and out drive creates an outstanding first impression of the house and includes plenty of parking and access to the integral garage. The rear garden is south facing and has been beautifully landscaped with a large paved terrace, stone retaining walls, wide steps leading to terraced lawns flanked by abundantly stocked flower and shrub beds.
