" A spacious, well presented four bedroom family house situated on the outskirts of Chipstead Village within easy walking distance of Chevening School. The entrance hall is light and spacious with a staircase and doors leading into the kitchen and sitting room. The sitting room is a light and airy dual aspect room with an electric fire and a further door which leads into the dining room which has space for a large table an electric fire. The kitchen is well fitted with good range of units; an integral dishwasher, electric hob and oven with a step down into a utility space/passage which is fitted with a washing machine and tumble dryer leading to the downstairs WC and a sunroom with French doors onto a patio and garden are beyond. Upstairs the dual aspect master bedroom has excellent fitted wardrobes and there are two further double bedrooms, one of which has a sink. The modern family bathroom is fitted with a white roll top bath, stand alone shower, basin and WC with lovely views over fields and the North Downs in the distance.
