36 Donnerville Gardens is situated on a small individual development which was in the old grounds of Donnerville Hall. It is also well placed for J7 of the M54 and is just over one mile from Wellington town centre with its established market town, its renowned four day a week market and a wide range of facilities including leisure centre and railway station. A little further away is the Telford town centre with its renowned Telford Town Park and shopping complex offering a wide range of recreational and shopping facilities.

There is also a family bathroom offering the usual bathroom facilities.

Outside
To the front there is a block paved driveway which has a shared access. There is a lawned area with a lovely tree-lined aspect to the front which also includes an oak tree and provides a great degree of privacy to the front. There is also a gated access leading out to the rear. The detached double garage has two up-and-over doors which are both electrically powered and also has power and lighting and a useful roof storage area. To the rear there is a lovely landscaped garden with paved patio area, a copper beech tree and a laid lawn with a shaped gravel footpath. How to get there
From the Agent's Telford town centre office proceed northbound onto the A442 Queensway (known locally as the Eastern Primary). Proceed up the A442 and at the Trench Lock Interchange continue straight on heading in the direction of the Princess Royal Hospital and Shawbirch. At the Shawbirch roundabout take the second exit onto the B5063 Shawbirch Road; proceed over the next roundabout adjacent to The Woolpack public house and continue straight on; take the second left onto the Admaston Road. Proceed down Wellington Road and take the second right into Donnerville Gardens - No 36 is situated almost to the end of the road on the right hand side and is indicated by a Nick Tart For Sale board.
