Built of brick and block cavity walls having a tiled roof. The first floor accommodation has part tile hung elevations and a felt roof. The bungalow is understood to have been built in 1971 and occupied from new by our present day vendors. We understand that the first floor accommodation was added in 1984. The property benefits from wood suspended flooring, double glazing installed by Staybrite between 2000 and 2004 benefiting from FENSA certificate, cavity wall insulation installed in February 2007 and gas fired central heating which we understand was installed in 2002.

Proceed to the end of Priory Gardens before turning left into Rosewood Avenue. Take the second turning right into Rosewood Drive and continue along passing the left hand bend entrance to Ashcott Drive before shortly afterwards on the bend seeing the right hand turning into the second section of Ashcott Drive. No.33 will be seen on ones left hand side.
