From our office in London Street proceed to the roundabout and take the third exit. At the following roundabout follow the road around in the right hand lane into the Western Avenue dual carriageway and follow the signs to Charlton. On reaching the centre of the village, take the first turning left and immediately right into Carters Meadow.

This well designed retirement cottage benefits from two double bedrooms, fitted patio door to the living room and an aspect to the front over waterside landscaped gardens. The gardens are a particular feature of this development and they have numerous trees and specimen shrubs and pathways meandering through the water features, there is also a resident warden. Charlton Village offers an excellent visit post office/store, public house with restaurant, church, whilst the health centre is close by and the property is also on an excellent bus route.
