" A pretty and beautifully presented three bedroom semi-detached family home set within a quiet cul-de-sac just off of Hoe Road and is also within walking distance of the centre of the village with its broad range of shops, boutiques, restaurant and general amenities. Bishops Waltham is also ideally located close to neighbouring Botley with its mainline railway station, only half an hour away from Winchester, close to Southampton Airport and all main motorway access are also easily accessible.

The property in immaculate throughout and has been completely updated by the current owners including a modern kitchen and bathroom, new carpets on the stairs and in all bedrooms, more recently, new soffits and guttering and the property also benefits from being fully double glazed and gas centrally heated with a new Worcester Bosch boiler also being recently fitted.
