" This is a detached bungalow that was built in the 1960's and occupies a most pleasant position in a quiet close; being slightly elevated at the front it looks across neighbouring roof tops to the countryside beyond. The accommodation has been altered and extended to add a dining room, off the sitting room, that overlooks the garden and a sheltered sun terrace. The garden is well enclosed and quite private; a drive way leads to the garage and additional parking at the front. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom that are linked by a central hallway to the kitchen and sitting room. Aldbourne is a much favoured downland village with a range of local amenities

DESCRIPTION This is an attractive detached bungalow that occupies a most pleasant position with an outlook across neighbouring rooftops to the downs beyond. The property has been extended to provide a charming dining area off the sitting room that opens onto a sheltered sun terrace.The garden is well established and at the front there is a garage with additional parking. Gas fired central heating is installed. SITUATION Aldbourne is a delightful English village on the eastern edge of the picturesque Marlborough Downs and in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. On entering the village (Castle Street), turn left into Marlborough Road and then right onto the main road taking the first left into Oxford Street.
