" Looking for a property should be an exciting affair, whether it is a first time purchase, you are downsizing or even looking for that rock solid investment. The reality is that there are very few properties that give you the 'wow' factor but we are pleased to now give you that opportunity. Buttermere Close is unlike anything currently on the market. You now no longer have to compromise as this stunning property is situated over 2 floors with sumptuous and versatile accommodation throughout. Inside, this fabulous 3 bedroom apartment has been refurbished to the highest standard by the current owners and offers fantastic living and entertaining space on the ground floor to really impress your family and friends. The lounge/dining room is arranged in a semi open plan layout to create a bond between the cooking, eating and relaxing areas with the kitchen being modern and comprehensively fitted. When the socialising gets too crowded you can always then take the party out to the private garden that leads from the lounge! Now what other flat gives you that?
The rest of the property certainly doesn't disappoint with a first floor having a recently refitted bathroom and 3 bedrooms on hand.

When we were looking to buy a property we had a choice of a few houses or flats neither of which were right. If it was a house it either had two bedrooms or too small or if it was a flat just didn't have enough space and was on one floor.
When we viewed Buttermere we were just overjoyed with the layout and space and even though we are in a development the whole layout just made it feel like a spacious house.
Since being here we have set about updating every aspect of the property so the new owners will not need to do any work and just move straight in with the added bonus of having excellent neighbours!
