" Situated on a pleasant residential road with close proximity to local schools and amenities is this well-proportioned family home with delightful south-west facing gardens. The house is presented with mostly neutral interiors and with kitchen and bathrooms in a modern style.

On the ground floor there are three good-size reception rooms including a study, dining room with bay window and sitting room with brick fireplace which leads onto a conservatory benefitting from a south-westerly aspect. The kitchen has access to the garden and features a good mix of wall and base units with space for freestanding appliances, and has potential to become a kitchen/breakfast room. A cloakroom completes the ground floor accommodation.

Situation
Located on the south-west fringes of Maidenhead, the property is situated close to the amenities of Maidenhead while having easy access to the surrounding countryside to the green spaces west of the town in the areas around White Waltham where there is an excellent organic farm shop and well-regarded pub, The Beehive. Rail services to London Paddington are available from Maidenhead. Crossrail, the new high-speed service, is due to begin running in December 2019 and will provide direct services into the City in 55 minutes.
