" An extended and very well presented three/four bedroom semi detached house on the sought after Laing estate. The property offers excellent family accommodation including an L-shaped sitting/dining room with fireplace, a family room/bedroom four and an extended contemporary kitchen. Outside the property has a garage with driveway parking and a west facing rear garden.

DESCRIPTION The property has a sheltered entrance with front door leading through to the hallway, which has wood effect flooring and a good size understairs cupboard.
