" An extended three/four bedroom semi detached house situated to the west of Windsor on the sought after Laing estate. The property requires some updating, but offers great family accommodation including scope for further extension, subject to usual consents.

DESCRIPTION The entrance hall is extended and has a useful understairs storage cupboard. There is a good size dual aspect sitting/dining room with patio doors onto the rear garden and a fireplace with an electric flame effect fire. Off the sitting room is an extra reception room or ground floor bedroom that has access to a shower room. The extended kitchen is at the front of the property and has a range of oak effect units, a fan assisted electric oven with a four ring gas hob and extractor hood, a Bosch dishwasher, a tiled floor and a door to the side. On the first floor, the landing has an airing cupboard and access to the loft space. There are three bedrooms; bedroom one and two have fitted wardrobes. A bathroom with a white suite completes the accommodation. Outside, the front garden has an area of lawn and a block paved driveway leading to the garage. Behind the garage is a small inner courtyard which leads into the rear garden. The rear garden is approximately 40ft in length and has a pleasant westerly aspect.
