" A dated three bedroom semi detached requiring modernisation. The property boasts two reception rooms, gas radiator central with a modern boiler, double glazing, an alarm and driveway parking. The property is situated to the west of Windsor, close to local amenities and is offered for sale with no onward chain. OPEN HOUSE VIEWING ON SATURDAY 11TH APRIL 10.30AM - 11.30AM.

DESCRIPTION The front door opens onto the entrance hall that has an understairs cupboard, alarm panel and stairs to the first floor. There is a cloakroom with a WC, wash hand basin and partly tiled walls. The original integral garage has been converted into an extra reception room. At the rear of the house is an L-shaped sitting room with a door onto the garden and access to the kitchen.
