" A three bedroom semi detached house in need of some updating and with scope to extend, subject to usual consents. There are three first floor bedrooms, a kitchen with refitted units plus a utility area and a ground floor bathroom. In the rear garden is a useful triple garage.


DESCRIPTION There is a double glazed porch which leads into a small hallway with stairs to the first floor and access to the sitting room. The sitting room has a large front aspect double glazed window and a boarded fireplace. The kitchen is unfinished but has a range of modern oak fronted units with soft closers, Samsung electric oven with induction hob, space for a dishwasher, tile effect laminate flooring and a cupboard housing a modern combination boiler. Off the kitchen is a small utility area with space for an American style fridge and a washing machine. The bathroom is on the ground floor and has had a partial refitted with a whirlpool bath (not connected) and some new tiling. On the first floor there is a small landing with a side window and access to the loft space. There are three bedrooms; two doubles and a single. Outside, the front garden has shingle areas and shrubs and an own drive leading to the rear. The rear garden has an area of hard standing and a triple garage which is in need of some repair.
