DESCRIPTION
Kenilworth Road comprises a pleasant mixture of different styles of properties, with this particular detached house occupying a good size plot. To the front a deep driveway provides ample off road car parking, whilst the front garden is mainly laid to lawn with well stocked flowerbeds and screened by hedging. Special mention must be made of the rear garden which is landscaped and includes pretty well tended flowerbeds, areas laid to lawn and a large timber decked area, ideal for alfresco dining. The house was constructed in the mid 1960's and we highly recommend an internal inspection to fully appreciate the deceptively spacious and versatile accommodation, arranged over three floors, which has been much improved and upgraded by the present owners. The split level design allows for a bright and airy feel, with the first floor accommodating the impressive through lounge and dining room with an attractive fireplace with solid fuel burning stove. Double doors lead out to the lovely balcony with pleasant views over the garden. The breakfast kitchen is presented to a high standard, with free standing units and a Baumatic range style cooker. At entrance level there is access to the garage, which is currently used as a large store room and a superbly appointed fully tiled family bathroom fitted with a three piece suite including an overhead shower. The lower level features mainly wooden flooring, with each of the three good size bedrooms including built in wardrobes, whilst the second bedroom also has patio doors to outside. The house has the further benefit of quality uPVC double glazing and gas fired central heating run on an economic combination boiler. A superbly presented family home with lovely gardens.
