Painstakingly refurbished to an awe-inspiring standard, this two double bedroom flat is exactly what it should be (and so much more). Forget about cosy, comfy and adequate and get acquainted with a dazzling, swanky interior that is way ahead of its time. You fall absolutely head over heels as soon as you enter this first floor beauty; find it on the prettiest end of Hurstbourne Road complete with a mammoth rear garden (shared with only one other).

The house is set back from the road behind a deep front garden. Your front door is the high-security number to the far right. As you enter, new carpets whisk you up to the first floor and are accompanied by spotlights fitted into the wall - you'll feel like a celebrity! First to your left is a double bedroom, a nice size, with double glazed window, white walls, gorgeous wooden floors and fitted shelving. Nip next door into a large reception room. This faces over the front of the house with two bright (double glazed) windows and a rather handsome bespoke radiator. Back in the hall, the walls take on an interesting angle and you saunter diagonally along to the master bedroom. Peacefully positioned overlooking the humongous garden, it's a very restful spot, with more crisp, clean decor, wooden floors, a huge wardrobe (lucky you) and a sleek stainless steel bespoke radiator. Fitted storage space in the hall impresses and invites you into the winning wet room. Fibre optic lights twinkle overhead as you take a shower in the mornings and they even change colour to enhance your mood. The space is entirely tiled in stunning porcelain, has toasty underfloor heating and is lit by a side aspect frosted window. At the very end of the hall is a futuristic kitchen, with masses of glossy white units, polished black porcelain floor tiles (with underfloor heating) and colour-changing lights fitted above the kickboards (which reflect off the floor too - it's super cool!). The units conceal AEG appliances such as dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, double oven, gas hob and extractor. If you can bear to leave the flat, a quick trot down the side of the building leads you into the vast rear garden, which you share with the ground floor flat and makes a fantastic entertaining space in the summer.

Hurstbourne Road runs off Stanstead Road and the A2 down toward Perry Rise between Forest Hill and Catford. Train options are at Forest Hill or Catford Bridge for fast and frequent services to London Bridge, Charing Cross and Victoria. Shop with ease at the Sainsbury's hyperstore at the end of Perry Rise. For some exercise, hop along Mayow Road to find the park and at the end Sydenham High Street for LA Fitness Gym and a plethora of shops! Going out? 'The Foresters Arms' on Perry Vale puts on great live music every Saturday and 'The Orchard' restaurant has very cosy surroundings.
