" Dazzlingly fabulous is how I would describe this rather special apartment. The apartment has just undergone a full and exacting refurbishment. You have two good sized double bedrooms with ample storage built in, a fantastic bright open living space, a sultry semi open plan kitchen with breakfast bar eating area and a on point modern bathroom!

Mowbray Road is a pretty tree lined affair with unrestricted parking aplenty. This smart apartment building is nestled in pleasant communal gardens. Buzz in through to the hallway and up the stairs. step inside you arrive into the crisp interior. Dark wood floors are underfoot and lead you along the hallway. We locate the doubly light and bright reception room with its easy sophistication. Large Double Glazed windows allow the light to flood in and mood lighting can be set thanks to the spots and dimmer. Pull up a stool at the breakfast bar that makes a comfy dining space. The kitchen is white high gloss with granite tops. Dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer are integrated, whilst a new oven, hob and microwave are also built in. The new boiler is hidden away in here too.

The bathroom is a fully tiled in chic grey tones that set off the L shaped tub, with double faucet shower over and lovely retreat to have soak, bubbles and a glass of vino! Up next is double bedroom number one, a bank of bespoke built wardrobes graces one wall and they have clever pull down rails for ease of access and the radiator in here doubles up as an art installation.
