***Vendor Comments*** “We have loved every moment of living in this wonderful garden flat but sadly as our family has grown we now need to move on.

The flat feels more like a cottage with its private entrance and welcoming hallway eventually leading to a large living room that opens onto a beautiful private garden, which we have spent a lot of time and energy bringing to life. The easy access patio makes a perfect spot for entertaining friends!

We have been blessed with lovely neighbours and ultra-quiet living space with soundproofing allowing us to truly relax when we’re at home. The decor has been updated and cared for allowing an easy transition. There is ample storage both inside and out allowing you to live comfortably.

A few minutes down the road is Norwood lake which is the perfect place to have a wander, especially around sunset with the Crystal Palace tower in the background. Crystal Palace Park is also a short walk away with a fantastic food market at the weekend.

Both Crystal Palace and Anerley stations are within walking distance giving easy access to London. Most importantly the triangle is just a quick walk up to the beautiful Belvedere road with an abundance of pubs, restaurants and shops.
