" Have the time of your life at this river view, two double bed, two bath apartment, in beautiful river side apartment building, with off secure underground parking space and concierge service.
Merchants House is a successfully designed modern development which takes up an enviable river side position capturing views of Canary Wharf and its infamous skyline, as you pan to the left the iconic O2 Area (millennium dome) takes pride of place. The surrounding cobbled streets are lined with Georgian houses and olddie world riverside Inns that would make for the perfect back drop of a Jane Austen Novel.
Park the car underground and tuck it in securely, jump in the lift and you can stop off and pick up your post and parcels from the friendly concierge. You have been waiting far too long now you have finally found the one, take the lift to the second floor and you have arrived. Step into the entrance hall which is wide light and bright and a sign of good things to come, to the left is a big fat cupboard, an ideal place to stash the Jimmy Choos. Ahead the reception space and kitchen, with passion in our eyes we take in the views of the Thames from the round bay window, the kitchen in modern white is at the rear and is well stocked with cupboards and a good space for you Heston wannbes! There is plenty of space for a dinning zone and more generous space for seating and entertaining your guests who will be sure to enjoy the ringside position for the many events that occur along the river. Back to the hall and we have the family bathroom to the right, it is big and has all the mod cons, shower over tub, heated towel rail - nice.
