" Situated on the edge of Brecon National Park is this detached house with three bedrooms and three reception rooms. The property enjoys a large level rear garden with two outbuildings. It also has a large kitchen, uPVC double glazed units and oil central heating. EPC Rating E.

Penycae is situated approx 21 miles North of Swansea just off the main A4067. Travelling North from Swansea travel past the turn off for Ystradgynlais for a further four miles approx into the village of Ynyswen. The property can be found on your left.
