Ystradgynlais is situated approximately 18 miles North of Swansea just of the main A4067. Travelling North from Swansea take the Ystradgynlais turn off from the A4067, proceed to the end of the road and take the left turn off the mini roundabout. Follow the road across the river and into Ystradgynlais itself continue up the hill (Brecon Road). The property can be found on the left hand side a short distance up the hill.
