" A GOOD SIZED THREE BEDROOMED SEMI DETACHED FAMILY HOME IN A PLEASANT LOCATION WITH DELIGHTFUL GARDENS, GOOD SIZED DRIVEWAY AND DETACHED GARAGE. Having gas fired central heating, double glazing and alarm system this pleasant home has the benefit of some extra land/garden space available to purchase separate to the rear (if required). The garden is already of a good size. It briefly comprises: Broad entrance hall, good sized lounge, dining kitchen overlooking the rear garden, three bedrooms (two doubles), house bathroom

(currently wet room), driveway, garage and gardens. EPC rating E.

THE ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES GROUND FLOOR ENTRANCE A uPVC Georgian style door with glazed side light gives access through to the entrance hall.
