" Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac there is a great community feel about this area, close to all local amenities this property would make a great family home. Situated near both Rotherham town centre and Sheffield and with the M1 being only 5 minutesβ€˜ drive away commuting locally is no problem. This property has been refurbished throughout including new kitchen & bathroom suite!

Briefly, downstairs the property comprises of an entrance hallway through to the family living room with feature fireplace with new electric fire. To the front is the bright and airy kitchen complete with electric hob and oven. The modern look kitchen has a great amount of cupboard space, further to this there is plumbing for the washing machine and ample space for a full length fridge freezer.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, however the master bedroom would comfortably accommodate a king-size bed and has the added bonus of a storage cupboard. The family bathroom has three piece white suite with overhead electric shower.
