Dorking is well served by local train services with convenient and regular trains connecting the town with London, Guildford, Gatwick Airport and many other towns in Surrey. The M25 junctions 8 or 9 are within easy reach.

I have lived in the property for four and a half years. I initially chose it for it's size, location, convenience for rail links and local amenities, not to mention the fantastic views of Box Hill. The property was the ideal size for me and I liked the fact that it feels very private on the top floor. It is bright and airy in the summertime and warm and cosy in the winter. The flat is easy to maintain and benefits from modern fittings and appliances. Since living here I have got married and as we are now looking to start a family, it is time to move on. I will be sad to leave but I hope the flat will provide many happy memories for the new owner!
