" If you are looking for a substantial detached family home in a highly desirable village location then look no further. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 superb-sized reception rooms including the impressive kitchen/dining/breakfast room, this property is a must see.

Further benefits include character features throughout and an equally impressive garden with views of Boxhill and a number of outbuildings. The house has been cleverly extended by the current residents and is only available for a limited time as the owners have found another property they wish to buy locally so please don’t delay.

The well balanced accommodation is traditionally arranged over two floors and what particularly impressed us was not only the excellent proportions on offer but the flow in which they all connect, spilling straight out onto the rear garden from both the kitchen area and the sitting room via the bi fold doors. The sitting room and family room both enjoy multi fuel burners and other character features, to name but a few, include wooden floors and doors throughout, bay windows and picture rails. This home really does have a lovely feel to it. The kitchen area was made for entertaining with a range of base and eye level units, ample work surfaces and all the expected built in appliances. In addition there is a generous utility room with space and plumbing for the usual suspects and even a dog/cat flap for the family pet.

To the first floor there are four good-sized bedrooms along with a modern family bathroom with shower over the bath. In addition, there is also a separate shower room off the landing.
