Winstead is a beautifully presented and attractive detached bungalow located on the fringes of Storrington and set in a peaceful semi-rural lane.

The front door leads into a light, airy and spacious entrance hall with newly refitted carpet, loft access hatch with pull down ladder, light and houses the ’Worcester’ gas combi boiler, and doors leading onto a triple aspect through lounge dining room which features a conservatory extension, which draws the light into the room, and a wood burner. The kitchen, which overlooks the wonderful front garden, has a modern and contemporary feel with plenty of cupboard and drawer units and a pull out larder unit. Integrated appliances include an inset stainless steel four ring gas hob, built-in stainless steel electric oven, integrated fridge and freezer and a washing machine. A side door gives access to the front of the property and the garage. Winstead has three good size double bedrooms, two with built-in wardrobes, and all have views over the established gardens.
