" Believed to date from the early 20th Century Chantry Lodge is a property which lies at the beginning of Chantry Lane and has stunning views to the South Downs. On entering the property on the first floor you are greeted with the recently refitted kitchen with Rayburn which overlooks the rear garden, there is a generous larder cupboard and utility area. The dining room and sitting room both with wood burners take full advantage of the views with the sitting room having bi-fold doors opening onto a large south facing terrace. The first floor accommodation is completed with a shower room, study and bedroom or a room to escape and enjoy the view.

On the second floor there are three generous bedrooms, an en-suite to one bedroom and a family bathroom. The landing is very spacious and could ideally be used as a study or reading area. Additionally, there are two large eves storage rooms accessible from the bedrooms.

On the ground floor there are two further reception rooms which provides versatile accommodation, a useful utility area and cloakroom, this could be adapted if you had the requirement for annexe accommodation.
