" As you drive into Stane Street you are particularly drawn to this house with its white painted brickwork and attractive block paved driveway. Inside there are two reception rooms and an extension to the rear incorporating the kitchen, utility room and cloakroom. Upstairs are three double bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is generally a feeling of space throughout the house.The location itself is fantastic and is set within easy access to both supermarkets. Pulborough village is just down the road with the mainline railway station which provides services to London and the coastal towns. Within striking distance of Stane Street, there are five villages all offering different but vibrant aspects of country life. Pulborough itself has a selection of specialist shops and a range of local pubs and cafes. The village is surrounded by some of the most beautiful countryside split by the River Arun, with many fantastic walks to go on.This property is well worth the time to come and see and enjoy.

I first came to the area to be close to family and was particularly attracted to this house and the area being so close to local shops and amenities.I liked the ground floor extension, and have re-wired the property and installed an alarm system. I've also boarded and insulated the loft space and have put in cavity wall insulation. For the gardener there is a large shed/workshop and there are a number of fruit bushes including black/red currants, blue berries, blackberries and gooseberries.I have excellent neighbours who are friendly and quiet.
