" What a size, what a location, what a house! This 5 bedroom detached house is one of the biggest you will see in the price range but don't just take my word for it, come and see for yourself.
The location is great, being around a mile to the town centre so only a short trip for all the shops and amenities you need, whilst not being directly in the middle of the hustle and bustle of a busy high street. You are in the catchment area of one of the most popular primary and secondary schools in the area - Estcots and Sackville schools. Back to the house itself and the question you need to be asking yourself is what more do you need? Being big enough for even the largest of families with 3/4 reception rooms, a conservatory and 5 bedrooms upstairs, not to mention the family bathroom and the luxury of 2 en-suites!
Of course the extras make a big difference and this property has plenty! This house has been a superb family home over the years and we'll be very sad to leave. The space was like no other and we've extended and made it larger since!
Putting the air conditioning in was a life saver as working at home in the summer can become a chore in the heat but the air con sorted that out!The location was perfect as the children go to the local school and they can walk there without any problem.With all the parking and it being in this quiet location, there hasn't been much more I could have wanted with this house.
