" This home hasn't been available for sale since the 1990's. It's laid out well with a front to back living room, separate dining room that the owners use as a family room as they prefer to eat in the kitchen/breakfast room. It is good to see a well proportioned hall when you enter a home, giving access to all rooms with a downstairs convenience and stairs with a big picture window over to let in lots of light. Upstairs it is the same feeling with a decent landing giving access to all the bedrooms (master with en-suite shower) and the stylish bathroom. The rear aspect of the home gets lots of light when weather permits because of it's southerly aspect, so much so that the owners invested in a manual awning to provide shade in the lounge. On the topic of outside, the property has access on all sides with the walkway between the garage and the house being covered over to provide a utility area, ideal for storing boots and everyday things. The garage has also been extended in length and subject to the necessary consents could be converted or the space could be used for a one or two storey extension. Alternatively there is space to construct a conservatory. The gardens have been nurtured and have a variety of different plants and trees. The location of this home is also fantastic because it is in a cul-de-sac style location, yet if the owners walk 10/15 minutes they can be in the town or at the railway station.

What the Owner says:

We have enjoyed living in this house since day one. We moved from a different area and could only hope things went as well as they did. It has been a great home because it's spacious, well proportioned we have had the four bedrooms, which means our friends and relatives could come and stay and with two decent rooms downstairs we weren't on top of each other. We invested in a manual awning on the back of our lounge because with the sun on it it's a real hot spot, ideal for al fresco dining on those lazy summer evenings. We decided to have the garage extended for extra storage, but we wouldn't have done any of this had the location not been as good it is.
