" 115 Morris Drive forms part of the highly sought after Penfold Grange development renowned for its pleasing mix of house styles and elevational treatments. The property was built by Taywood Homes approximately ten years ago to their 'Thakeham' design and comprises a semi detached house with particularly well presented accommodation. Glazed double doors off the good sized reception hall open to the lounge with an attractive pebbled gas fire feature and an archway opening to the dining room with its double glazed doors leading to the rear garden. Both reception areas have oak styled flooring which extends into the hall. The kitchen is another attractive feature, fitted with a range of timber styled units and Neff built in appliances with a ceramic tiled floor.

On the first floor all three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with an en suite shower to the master and a family bathroom serving the two other bedrooms.

From our Billingshurst office proceed south down the High Street and straight over the next two mini roundabouts. Having reached the traffic lights by The Weald School turn right into Luxford Way and turn right again having reached the junction with Berrall Way. Morris Drive is the first turning on the right. Having reached the green follow the road round to the left and continue up Morris Drive where 115 will be found on the left hand side.
