" LOCATION This extended family home sits in a small cul de sac in a popular village location. Southwater village centre is only 3.5 miles from Horsham town centre with its wide range of restaurants, shops and recreational facilities. The village itself boasts a recently built village centre named Lintot Square. Here you will find a Co-operative shop, Boots Pharmacy and post office amongst other independent traders. The village further benefits from two schools and a 90 acre country park. Due to the property's convenient location, it provides easy access to the A24, A272 and A264. 

PROPERTY Offering spacious accommodation throughout, this three bedroom family home comes to the market in excellent condition. Entered via small entrance porch the lounge is located to the front with large window flooding the room with natural light and with door leading to the kitchen breakfast room. Equipped with an expanse of work top surfaces, cupboards and drawers, the kitchen breakfast room is opened to the dining room with provides access to the rear garden.
