" A well presented three bedroom semi-detached character home with many original character features, situated with-in ease of access to Horsham mainline railway station. The accommodation comprises of an entrance hall with stairs to the first floor. The principle reception space is divided into two separate areas as a dining area and a separate sitting room. The sitting room has a feature fireplace and a bay window to the front. The dining area has a range of built-in storage and leads directly off the sitting room. Kitchen is accessed from the dining area and has a door leading to the rear garden.

To the first floor are two double bedrooms and a bathroom comprising of a white suite. The master bedroom is situated on the 2nd floor and has a range of useful eaves storage cupboards.

To the front of the property is an area of garden with an area of off road parking to the side of the property, enclosed by a set of gates to the front. To the rear is a brick built outhouse and an area of enclosed and established gardens.

SITUATION
The property is situated within approximately 400 yards of Horsham mainline station, so is an ideal location for a commuter. Horsham town centre offers many different shopping facilities, Horsham Park is very popular with families with many events held throughout the year and the Pavillions sports and leisure centre offers a wide variety of activities. There is also a theatre, cinema and bowling complex in the town. On the outskirts of Horsham there is a choice of Golf and Country Clubs one of which is in the pretty village of Mannings Heath.
