" Looking for that place in the country? Then this extended three bedroom semi detached home could be the place for you.Situated in a quiet cul de sac, this home is at the heart of this thriving village, with great community spirit and local amenities which include the Queens Head public house and well stocked local village store, newsagent and post office.There are three large bedrooms on the first floor and an enlarged and remodelled bathroom. On the ground floor, the lounge/diner is light and spacious at 24'4 in length and enjoys views over the rear garden. There is also a feature fireplace with open fire, which the owners use in the winter.The single storey extension to the rear creates a FANTASTIC 17'1 kitchen/breakfast room. With a range of fitted units and range style cooker, it incorporates the original kitchen, but now allows enough room to sit at the breakfast bar. The property has been redecorated throughout and has had replacement windows installed, making for low maintenance living. There is also a useful downstairs cloakroom.Outside to the front there is a driveway providing hard standing for vehicles approaching the garage. The rear garden is a particular feature as it offers a great deal of seclusion, with mature trees and hedges. It has a large patio area and lawn and backs onto a brook.

Having lived in a town we wanted our children to grow up in a less stressful environment and enjoy country life. We chose Barns Green because of its central position between Horsham and Billingshurst, as it gave us a great choice of schools and colleges.Our home has three good size bedrooms and has been extended on the ground floor to provide a large kitchen/ breakfast room. The lounge/diner has an open fire, which is a real focal point and gets plenty of use every winter.We have enjoyed our time here and will be sorry to go, but as the children have now grown up and moved out, we have decided it is time to down size.
