" A much improved and enlarged three bedroom semi-detached house, offering versatile accommodation over two floors, situated in the heart of the village with driveway parking for several vehicles.The spacious accommodation comprises an entrance porch which provides useful storage for shoes and coats, with a door into an entrance hall with stairs to the first floor and doors to the sitting room, family/playroom and kitchen. The double aspect sitting room has a sliding patio door to rear into the garden. The family room/play room was formerly the garage and provides a great area for young children to play. Alternatively it would make a good study or home office if preferred. The kitchen overlooks the rear garden and has a built-in cooker with a Neff five ring gas hob with an electric oven and grill below and feature extractor fan above. Space and plumbing for a dishwasher. The property is situated a short distance from the heart of the village itself. Barns Green has a large village green nearby, a village hall, public house and village stores and the new primary school is due to open in May 2015 replacing the current infant school in Barns Green and junior school in Itchingfield. There is a parish church at nearby Itchingfield.
