" The reason that this flat stood out from the rest was the size of the lounge, we looked at a number of properties before we decided to buy this flat and this was the biggest lounge by far. It means that we can have a sofa and dining table, so it’s a great space to relax, watch TV or chat to friends.The property is in need of redecoration, whilst the kitchen and bathroom are original and would benefit from replacement. We have naturally accounted for this within our very competitive price range allowing the astute buyer to add real value to their investment.
