The main reason for our move to this property was it's location, situated in a well sort after road in the area within close proximity to the local school, main line station in Salfords and a large A/E Hospital, all within walking distance with a few local shops nearby and on a direct bus route to Redhill/Crawley

The house is a good sized three bed family home with excellent potential to extend, double glazing, gas central heating and cavity wall insulation make running costs of the property very reasonable.
