What the Owner says:

We moved to Merstham from a flat in Epsom seven years ago when we decided to buy our first house; we chose this house because it offered rather more space that we could find elsewhere. In the time we've lived here, we improved the house a lot; it's a warm cosy place to live in winter and cool and airy in summer, with plenty of space in the garden for barbecues! Although the local shops are only a short walk away, the house occupies a nice quiet spot overlooking the green with its recently-planted fruit trees. Countryside is only a short walk away, as is a good local pub!
