Room 2 - available 30 April 2017 Room 3 - available 15th May 2017 This lovely shared house is close to Reading town centre, Reading University, Royal Berks Hospital and J11 of M4, and on a major bus route. The house looks great having recently received a complete renovation, which involved a comprehensive redecoration with new furniture in all rooms, a new bathroom and renovated kitchen. We provide much more than accommodation; we match likeminded professionals so that you move into a home with people you know you will have a lot in common with (all our tenants are hand picked and we don't use agencies - when you view you get to meet us). You can socialise, just pass a pleasant half hour over a cuppa or glass of vino, watch some Netflix HD TV together in the lovely kitchen/living room, or maybe stream your favourite programme or holiday snaps through airplay via Apple TV. The large shared kitchen/living room has a TV on the wall so you can watch satellite channels or Netflix when you cook or relax at the breakfast bar. The kitchen comes with all you would expect to see in a property of this quality and size such as two hobs (one gas, one electric), two ovens, microwave oven, toasters and kettles and ample personal allocated space in fridge, freezer, and cupboards, washing machine and dryer. Gas central heating is provided throughout the house and there is a large shared garden to the rear with a south facing 24m2 decked area. There are two bathrooms, both with power showers, and one has just been lavishly renovated (plus an additional separate toilet). We provide everything that you need from quality pots and pans down to wine glasses, bin bags and light bulbs. All you need to bring with you is your bedding, clothes and technology. The bedrooms are furnished with contemporary oak furniture with double beds (we replace mattresses every 2-3 years), chest of drawers, desk, bookcase, wardrobe and sink. Rent is inclusive of bills (gas, electricity, council tax and water rates). We even have a cleaner who cleans all communal areas weekly. Of course we also provide blisteringly fast 200Mb wifi broadband, which comes free to all our tenants. This is a truly beautifully restored and modernised three storey Victorian town house in a fantastic location which would ideal suit a professional person in their first or second job after leaving university. Located on the Basingstoke Road (near the top) this property is 10 mins walk from Oracle / Town Centre and on the major bus route into and out of Reading town centre (bus stop 100 yards away - nos 4, 5 & 6). One month deposit plus references plus 25 deposit insurance required. We are a locally run family business and have worked hard to provide a fantastic service to professional tenants for 15 years.
