" A good opportunity to purchase this spacious five bedroom detached mock Tudor style home situated at the end of a residential cul-de-sac backing onto fields. The accommodation briefly comprises covered entrance porch with courtesy light and double glazed front door to the entrance hall which has a balustrade staircase to the first floor. The cloakroom is fitted with a white suite comprising pedestal basin and low level wc and there is wood laminate flooring. The living room has a coal effect gas fire set in an Adam style surround, two wall light points, double and single radiators and there are double glazed sliding patio doors to a double glazed conservatory with polycarbonate roof and double glazed casement doors to the rear garden. The dining room also has double glazed sliding patio doors to the outside and there is a study. The kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with an excellent range of beech effect units comprising cupboards, drawers, wall cupboards and working surfaces and there is a built-in electric double oven/grill, gas hob unit with extractor hood above, dishwasher, wood laminate flooring and a breakfast bar. There are four further bedrooms (three of which overlook fields to the rear) and a family bathroom suite comprising panelled bath, shower unit, low level wc and inset wash hand basin with cupboard beneath.

The house is approached via a brick paved driveway which provides parking for several vehicles and there is an attached double garage with twin up and over doors, power, light and water tap connected. Situation
Bentley Close is a residential cul-de-sac constructed in the late 1980's and is situated in a highly regarded location backing onto fields. Horndean has a range of shops for day to day needs and Morrisons supermarket and there are further, more comprehensive facilities at Petersfield to the north and Waterlooville to the south. Recreational facilities include sports centres at Waterlooville and Petersfield and there are numerous golf courses and local clubs and societies. There are main line railway stations at Petersfield and Havant providing a service on the Portsmouth to London Waterloo line.
