" Couple/small family looking for an interesting 2 bed house to rent? This could be perfect for ewe! Bonus loft room - ideal study/hobby room + 'lean to' that could easily be used as extra living area, linking to the lovely petite paved garden. Pets allowed but no smokers, students or housing benefit.

Eldon Street is a conservation area of Southsea with some lovely picturesque properties but it's also right in the heart of the area with the Eldon Arms and other local pubs nearby but also the variety of shops and cafes in Castle Road a stone's throw away - Palmerston Road local high street and independent shops close by and the seafront and beach a short walk. Even Gunwharf Quays outlet shops and range of restaurants by the sea are only a short walk away.

This part furnished house stretches back surprisingly far with a lovely period feel to the property and a lovely little garden - great for a small pet. The photos show how well vintage items fit in - the house is however offered unfurnished and so you can make it your own as the owner is happy for you to redecorate and will even foot the bill for the paint!

The 2 bedrooms are a good size and the added bonus of a loft room means you can even have a separate space for an office or various other uses.

The current tenants move out on the 12th October and so the property will be available for occupation the following week - Wednesday 14th October.

EweMove do not charge any application fees and the only charge is an admin fee for referencing once the owner has selected your application - if you like the house when you just need to give us as much information as possible about your circumstances and why you would like to rent the house so we can help the owner understand which applicant/applicants are likely to be best for the house!
