" A fine four bedroom detached family house, standing in beautifully landscaped gardens extending to just over ? acre (0.26), in a mature residential cul de sac setting in the heart of Runcton village.

This impressive home has been tastefully extended by the present owners to create a bright triple aspect sitting room and provides a large dual aspect study. Light and space are key features of the property which has large picture windows in all principal rooms; the sitting room and kitchen/breakfast room both have double glazed sliding patio doors out to the rear garden, which can only be described as a gardener?s paradise. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, the master with en-suite bathroom and dressing, and a family shower room.
