What the Owner says:

Mark and I had searched the whole of Elson for our first home together, and when the opportunity arose to view this we jumped at the chance, we couldn't believe the size of it for the money. Although it needed quite a lot of work, we were keen to get our teeth stuck in. Having the co op just down the street is so handy especially when I get home from work and remember I should have picked up a pint of milk on my way!
