" What a surprise this was to me I did not expect to find three double bedrooms plus a first floor bathroom. I think that a family looking for a spacious and centrally located home will love what this one has to offer. It has undergone some extensive work and treatment by the current owners meaning it will be fairly low maintenance for the new owner. This lovely bright property throughout which gives it a nice feel. This is perfect for the growing family due to what I would say is a longer than average rear garden, 18ft kitchen/breakfast room and 24ft lounge/diner. This home is located within Mayfield school catchment and Portsmouth girls school, also within walking distance is the railway, bus routes, supermarket and it is a short car journey into Portsmouth city centre.

We had no trouble renting it out and found it was very popular for perspective tenants.We decided on this house as it was the only one we saw with three double bedrooms. We have decided to sell the house to free up some money for ourselves, but the decision was much deliberated.
