" ´Chestnut Road´ comprises a sought-after road in Peverell, a popular residential area which is within walking distance of Morrison´s Superstore, Central Park and Life Centre together with easy access to the A38 dual carriageway, Derriford and Nuffield Hospitals, and the City Centre some 2/3 miles distant.

This square bay fronted mid-terrace residence is beautifully presented throughout, yet still retains a fabulous collection of period features which includes ornate newel post, stripped doors and floors, lovely range of period style fireplaces and surrounds (some are still used as open fires), coved ceilings and ceiling centre roses.
