" In a prime location in the Village of Penwithick, this spacious semi-detached 3-bedroom property boasts a south-facing landscaped garden with large pond and man-made stream, an exceptionally large garage big enough for car and workshop and a conservatory. There is also a small wildlife pond attracting nature and the garden is stocked with very unusual plants. The house is tucked away in at the end of a lane serving only four houses, eliminating passers-by and making it very secure and private. The downstairs is heated by very efficient, modern German electric radiators, the upstairs is heated by electric convector heaters which the owners have never needed to use. There are Bosch solar panels on the roof which are owned, not leased: these bring in a revenue of approx 550 a year.

There is an enclosed porch leading to the front door which then leads into the living room this includes access to the stairs rising to the first floor and the kitchendining room.
