SITUTATION Renowned as one of Cornwall's premier cliff top private roads, Sea Road is home to a number of exclusive coastal residences. Number 43 stands in a wonderful position with glorious views towards St Austell Bay.
 
Within half a mile is the cliff top 18-hole golf course and the South West Coast Path. The historical port of Charlestown with its Georgian Harbour and beaches has several restaurants and can be reached within ten minutes by the coastal path opposite the property. Despite being a sought after coastal retreat, a range of local shops, amenities and schools are within a mile of Carlyon Bay. St Austell town centre is approximately two miles and within approximately fifteen miles is the Cathedral City of Truro which now forms the retailing, administrative and cultural centre of Cornwall.
