SITUATION
The property is situated on a popular town development on a community bus route and is roughly 1/2 a mile fairly level walk to the town centre, also there is access via a small track a short distance up the road which serves the Callington Cricket Club. In addition to supermarkets and normal shops, banks, public houses, etc. the town has a modern health centre, Community College, which has recently received an excellent Ofsted report, bowling green with golf and gym / swimming facilities at the St. Mellion Country Park which is some 3 miles south of the town.   Within 10 - 15 miles are the towns of Tavistock, Launceston (A30), Liskeard and the city of Plymouth.

DESCRIPTION

The main garden lies to the rear and comprises lawn areas, a range of mature but fairly low shrubs, paved patio area, Greenhouse 8’ x 6’ (2.43m x 1.82m) and screened to one side a timber Garden Shed 9’ x 6’ (2.75m x 1.83m).  The rear garden measures  approximately 50’ x 45’ (15.24m x 13.72m).
